In the past 15+ years I have been a board representative for many companies, assisting in the implementation of strategic goals, corporate transactions, strategic internal programmes, restructurings and best practices frameworks.

I have been involved in over 100 different corporate transactions at various stages, from inception to finalisation:

• structured products (e.g. preference shares, ETFs and linked shares)

• equity capital markets (e.g. listings, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, delistings, rights offers and BEE transactions)

I still hold a JSE Approved Executive designation.
